The marketing photos of a property are the number one thing that attracts potential buyers online. In short, sub-standard photos equals less attention and less likelihood of getting a premium sale price. We offer an extremely thorough and creative service to grab online viewers attention immediately. We provide an extremely helpful, friendly service, with help styling the property, feature/lifestyle shots when possible, and of course amazing shots showcasing each room and space all included in the price. For vacant properties we work with a staging partner to make the property look stylish and chic. Research shows an 8-12% higher average sale price for staged vs empty properties.
Unfortunately most property photographers only spend between 15 and 40 minutes shooting each property, which isn’t simply isn’t enough time to do justice to even a small property. We don’t believe this is helpful to vendors in getting the best possible price, so we work closely with vendors to make sure the property looks its absolute best.
Our service is superior but we’re able to keep the cost to you down because we aren’t a large provider with high overheads. We prefer to deal directly with vendors, and we choose to work only with agents who provide the highest level of service to their sellers.
