I was contracted to photograph Downsend Sixth's brand new, purpose-built campus in Surrey ahead of its launch. The brief called for images that reflected a more grown-up, professional environment- the school wanted the space to feel like a step up from a typical secondary school, with a pre-university or workplace atmosphere. I focused on capturing the interiors and communal areas in a way that reflected that ambition: clean, considered, and aspirational rather than corridor-and-classroom.

I shot throughout the building, working with the natural light in each space to bring out the architecture and the quality of the fit-out, while keeping the images versatile enough to work across the website, prospectus and open evening materials.
